Get Ready [JULY 30, 2008]
For anyone who hasn't noticed, we are busy. We've got something scheduled for every single day the whole month of August, which is awesome. Check the Shows section for info on all our upcoming shows. And beginning the 13th, we'll be recording at Spider Studios. After that, we'll be planning a CD release and a whole lot more. Also, we've recently added some new tracks in the Media section, so be sure to check those out as well. State Your Cause Merchandise will be available for purchase from this site, and the Street Team page will be up and running soon. There will be more shows coming up after we get through all of this, so keep checking back for updates. Thanks as always for everyone's support, and we hope you're all as excited as we are!
Projekt Revolution [JULY 5, 2008]
State Your Cause will be playing 2 dates on the MTV Projekt Revolution tour in Ohio: August 15 at the Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati and August 19 at the Blossom Music Center in Cleveland. A big "thank you" is in order for everyone who helped make this possible. To all those who voted, we could not have done it without you.
Some of the other acts on the tour include: Linkin Park, Chris Cornell, Ashes Divide, The Bravery, Busta Rhymes, Atreyu, Hawthorne Heights, 10 Years, Armor For Sleep, Street Drum Corps, Patchwork, and User Sets Mode.
Go Vote [JULY 5, 2008]
MTV2 Ohio and Time Warner Cable are giving local artists the chance of a lifetime to perform at Linkin Park's Projekt Revolution and play on MTV2. Three top bands will open the Revolution on August 15 at the Riverbend Music Center and August 19 at the Blossom Music Center. Vote now! MTV2 will then review the top 12 artists who receive the most online votes and then select three to represent Ohio on the Revolution stage. MTV2 crews will capture it all and showcase this historic Ohio summer music event.
We'd like to thank our fans for all the support that we've received so far and encourage everyone to keep casting your votes for State Your Cause.

Success [APRIL 20, 2008]
We'd like to thank everybody who came out for last night's show at C.B.R.'s and helped to make it such a success. It was our first show back after 5 months and our first show with our new vocalist, James Scott. It is good to be back! We had a great time, and we really appreciated the energy you all gave back.
To anyone who missed it, it was an awesome night all around. Sighlo put on an amazing show, as always. For those who were there and for those who weren't, we'll be posting pictures and video from the show just as soon as we can. Also, we hope you all can make it out to our upcoming show at Newport Music Hall on June 13, where we will once again be joined by Sighlo. In the mean time, keep spreading the word!
